March 2026 - Three nights Positive: Excellent communications from the owners on how to access the property. Great location near the main Manly strip and out of the way so there is no street noise. Cozy balcony over looking the sports ground to watch cricket in the sun. Great facilities, good WiFi, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and dryer. All exactly what I needed after travelling

Very disappointing I would not book this place.. Positive: The location. Negative: The pictures and description are misleading this place is best described as scruffy. It said it was air conditioned but did not point out it only had one unit in the main reception room, a pathetic fan was provided in the bedroom and in Sydney heat it was not enough. The road was exceptionally noisy. The curtains were just blackout linings and hanging off the rails badly fitted. The whole place felt dirty and was in need of an upgrade - replace that stained rug! Shower room was an awkward shape to shower in I complained to the hosts on arrival they totally ignored me . I would never stay in the overpriced accommodation again. In addition the hallway stank of other flats cooking. I would say remove it booking.com it’s not fit to rent out it should be student accommodation.

Great location, but things could have been better Positive: Fantastic location. Ease of access. Comfortable sofa bed Negative: Very small shower space with no soap holder or shelf making showering more difficult than needed, especially for people with any mobility issues. No air conditioning in main bedroom and traffic noise limits option of opening windows. Pedestal fan just pushed hot air around. Traffic noise all through the night as adjacent to steep road with frequent truck traffic. Request for extra bedding was forgotten so first night sofa bed had no linen No hot water first night - plumbing issue resolved next day, but very inconvenient. Apologies from owner but no compensation of any kind offered. Request for late check-out was ignored. Awful complimentary tea and coffee - but that comes down to personal taste.
